Keep in mind that this is my first time buying a refurbished or “renewed” item ever. As such, I wanted to buy the a phone in the best condition possible, because buying refurbished for me is more about morality than price. I just also want my phone to look nice.
The phone was clear of scratches on the actual screen, but the outer shell had scrapes along the bottom and sides. There also seemed to be a scratch or scrape around the camera, but everything appeared to be in working order. The battery was 100% so I can’t complain about that. For me, I just felt if I was paying so much money I want the product to look the best it can on the exterior as well. The return was easy. The seller does NOT do exchanges. They were very professional. If you don’t mind a few scratches for the price, then I think you’ll be satisfied. Might not be for me, but it is for somebody.

Everything works perfectly fine and battery is in good shape 90% battery life… EXCEPT!
The microphone doesn’t work when calling or when using facetime or other apps like instagram or snap chat that use the facetime calling microphone.

This is the second phone I have bought through Amazon. Both were great phones. The 14 is a little smaller than my 8+. That’s okay because it will fit in phone pockets I have on some purses. I haven’t notice any difference in the photos it takes yet. The charger sent with it charges really slow. My old block charger is faster. I have ordered a 20W and 30W chargers to try. Even with a lot of things turned off this phone charges slower than my 8+.

Bought this iPhone because I wanted to get away from Android without spending a ton of money on a brand new iPhone 15. Not only is the 14 fast and sleek, but the phone came looking almost perfect! There are some faint scratches on the screen, but other than that, the battery health is 100% and it came with a standard apple charging cord in the box! I am buying all iPhones from this company going forward!

This is the second refurb iPhone that I have purchased over the years and am never disappointed in the quality of the product that meets or even exceeds actual Apple reburbished units.
The phone was in excellent condition with not even a mark or a scratch anywhere to be seen. It even came with a charger and a cable (my 1st phone didn’t).
The battery life is definately better as well. The only wee issue I had was that I thought all iPhone 14’s had the USB-C connecter but, alas, this one has the lightning plug instead. ‘S OK, I’ll live with it!

Came earlier than expected. Wrapped very well. It was in perfect condition and the battery life was 97 percent (the website said they could guarantee it would be 80 percent or higher). So I was very pleased with that. Great phone good price. Very happy. Better than expected.

Updated review: I had to return this phone as it didn’t work properly after only having it about a month and a half. It would be fine for days to a week or so, but then would shut its self off randomly despite how much charge the phone had. Then would turn its self on, & repeat this process until the battery completely died & got very hot. This happened about 3 times before I was able to actually initiate the return. Even though I had to return the phone, I’m leaving 4 stars because customer service was great. I was able to get a complete refund very easily. They made the return process very quick & smooth & was issued a full refund as soon as they received the phone in the mail. I purchased from this seller in the past, & would still use this seller again.
This phone came in almost brand new condition. There was one super small 2 mm scratch on the screen, but it is not deep, barely noticeable & does not affect function.
Cameras are great, battery life came at 99%, holds a charge very well!!
Overall great phone, & got here quick.
It did not come with an Apple charger, but the listing says that it does not. This is not a big deal to me at all, as I have a bunch laying around. This is the second time I’ve bought a phone off Amazon & I have not been disappointed either time (the last one lasted 6 years & I just upgraded to this iphone).

The condition of this phone was advertised as excellent, and it really is like new. I ordered a screen protector for it but realized it already has one! This vendor is great! I have purchased and returned 2 other refurbished iPhones from other vendors because the condition of their phones were lacking. Scratches and dent’s although minor didn’t meet what I thought would be excellent. I just got my phone from this vendor and the phone is excellent! No scratches or dents and the battery was at 100%. I’m glad I held out and sent the other phones back.

Honestly you would have no idea this was a refurbished phone. Started up just like new and immediately checked the battery health and it was at 100% (sometimes refurbished its not so its good to check). My wife doesn’t use her phone too much except at night and for texting and she only charges her phone every couple days so the battery is amazing. Camera is definitely better than even my iphone 13. So far great value for money.
