The reviews that is saw before I took the leap and bought mine had me on edge. I ordered it on a Friday, and UPS delivered it 1 day later ahead of schedule. The system IS a series X, and I can say that mine is in 100% perfect working order. The console came with everything it was supposed to with no errors. The only gripe I have thus far after 1 week is that the box it came in looked like it had been through some stuff…like maybe a bad relationship or something. IDK it’s history but I’m really glad she’s outta there. 😅

I received my new Xbox and I’m packed it. It’s very clean. Looking for a refurbished item. The only difficulty was the headphone jack on the controller did not operate correctly. It would if I shook the wire around but I wasn’t going to live with that. So I contacted this company and they asked me to return the item and they sent me a new one which is working just fine. So their customer service is great and I appreciate it

I had been wanting a new Xbox for quite some time, but I needed a series x and had a difficult time justifying the price. Then I found this renewed unit on Amazon. I had a little extra money, so I decided to buy it. The product arrived a day early, which was a nice surprise, and while the original box was a little beat up, the unit itself shows no markings and was in excellent condition, just as advertised. Honestly, the only way I could even tell that it was “renewed” was that when I first turned it on, I needed to reset the machine to its original factory settings. That was a simple process that took no time at all. There are plenty of reviews on the Xbox itself and what a great machine it is, so this review is primarily to encourage people to consider buying renewed. I was certainly not disappointed for doing so.

I was skeptical after seeing all the negative comments, but I’m glad that, for me at least, this purchase was legitimate. I have tried to purchase the Series X a few times already with no luck, but this time, it actually showed up, and I couldn’t be happier with the purchase! The system arrived in its original packaging but did look resealed (expected since I purchased renewed.) So far, the system is working great, and I will update this post if any problems arise.

I got my product without a controller. Amazon didn’t really help. The merchant was able to send me one right away. It was also a new controller.

The box wont win any beauty contests, but who cares, as long as the inner packing material, the xbox and all the accessories are looking brand new. Even got the free copy of Diablo IV. So far, so good, but let’s see if the unit holds up for the full 90 days.
